Archive Policy

Solo Universal Journal of Islamic Education and Multiculturalism (Sujiem) implements a comprehensive archiving policy designed to ensure the long-term preservation, security, and accessibility of all published scholarly content. As part of its commitment to safeguarding academic knowledge, Sujiem adopts the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system. This system facilitates the creation of a distributed archiving network among participating libraries, enabling these institutions to store permanent copies of each article across multiple locations. Such an approach strengthens long-term stability and ensures content recovery in the event of technical failures, data loss, or system damage.

In addition to distributed archiving, Sujiem ensures that all published articles are indexed and preserved within various national and international databases. The journal routinely deposits its content into the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia, OneSearch, Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital), Google Scholar, and several other reputable indexing institutions. Integration with these platforms is intended to broaden access, enhance academic visibility, and secure the availability of digital archives for researchers, academics, and the wider community.

By implementing a layered and robust archiving policy, the Solo Universal Journal of Islamic Education and Multiculturalism guarantees that all scholarly outputs remain accessible over time, protected from potential loss, and available without restriction. This policy reflects the journal’s strong commitment to supporting a sustainable, open, and internationally aligned academic publishing ecosystem, ensuring that valuable scientific contributions endure and remain usable for future generations.
